CALL TO ORDER: President Dibert called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Board on Dec 9th, 2025 were presented. Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.

SECRETARY’S REPORT: Friday Fix has gotten too long. It will be broken up into current news (Friday Fix) and on-going events (Sunday)
TREASURER'S REPORT: Current financials presented to board before meeting. Motion to Approve Treasurer's Report presented by John

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Administration: None
Facilities: None
Training and Development: Advanced Training will move to Saturdays at 1-3 starting February 7th.
Communications: Asked to include note for members to not move 1st aid boxes.
Membership: Membership dropped 500 people due to not renewing. Current membership is down 150 YOY.
Events: ● February and March cookout has volunteer chefs ● Diane made a suggestion to post Gmail problem and solutions at all Club events. ● 1 heater was bought and another borrowed for NYE event. Considering cancelling this event due to weather and effort required to pull it off ● Bash ticket sales start 2/4 ● Memorial member/member tournament to add an AB division to more evenly slot teams.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Charitable contributions: Motion made and passed to continue club donations totalling $4000 to local charities. Will also increase spending on employee appreciation lunch from $1800 to $2300. NEW BUSINESS:
Volunteer Recognition: Diane read a note recognizing 4 individuals who go above and beyond in helping to run the Pickleball events. These members are Carol Bowe, Melanie Havekes, Marie Knowlton, and Patty Rocheleau. The board voted to comp tickets to the bash to these volunteers and their guests. Diane Beaudoin and guest were also comped.
NEXT MEETING: February 11th at 1:00 pm at the Wellness Center.
